LEAK SOLVE Thermosyphon System basically used as a storage & pressuring unit. Thermosyphon used for double mechanical seals in back to back or tandem seal arrangements. Thermosyphon provide necessary lubrication and cooling to the seal faces to increases the life of the seal. It contains cooling coil to bring down the temperature of barrier fluid coming from seal to thermosyphon.

Cyclon Seperator
LEAK SOLVE designed Cyclon Separator used for separating solid parts from liquid. Cyclon separator is installed between pump discharge and seal flushing port line, during fluid process in cyclon separator clean liquid (about 80%) supply to seal chamber and solid particles with liquid sent back to suction of the pump, which can protected to mechanical seal from abrasive particle.
